Program Overview

Triops' Inner Circle is an exclusive founding member program limited to the first 20 customers of the Triops Contracting Platform. Inner Circle members gain privileged access, significant financial benefits, and a direct voice in shaping the platform's roadmap through a structured Customer Advisory Board.

This program is designed for forward-thinking government contracting professionals who want to secure a competitive advantage while actively contributing to the evolution of the only platform that unifies US federal and European public procurement.

Membership Structure

2.1. Eligibility & Capacity

The Inner Circle is strictly limited to 20 seats. Once all seats are filled, the program closes to new members. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon execution of the Inner Circle membership agreement.

Members may hold either a US & EU Enterprise or Global Enterprise subscription tier. The Inner Circle benefits apply equally regardless of the chosen tier.

2.2. Leading Member Status

Inner Circle members are formally recognized as TCP Leading Members. This designation carries the following distinctions:

  • Leading Member badge displayed on their TCP dashboard
  • Priority access to all new features and beta releases
  • Direct communication channel with the TCP product and leadership team
  • Public recognition on the Triops Technologies website (with consent)

Benefits

3.1. Free Onboarding Period

All Inner Circle members receive the first 6 months of platform access completely free of charge on their first one-year subscription. This period serves as a deep onboarding phase during which members fully integrate TCP into their contracting workflows while providing the feedback that shapes the platform's development.

3.2. Annual Subscription Discount

Members who commit to an annual subscription at or before the end of their free period effectively receive 50% off their first-year subscription. The 6 free months combined with 6 months at standard pricing results in the following first-year costs:

Breakdown: Months 1–6 free (€0) + Months 7–12 at full price. From Year 2 onward, standard annual pricing applies.

3.3. Referral Rewards

Inner Circle members earn 1 free month of service for every new customer they refer who subscribes to an annual plan. Key rules:

  • There is no cap on referral credits, members can accumulate multiple free months.
  • Referred customers qualify regardless of whether they join the Inner Circle or subscribe as standard customers, as long as they commit to an annual subscription.
  • Referral credits are applied as billing credits on the member's next invoice(s) and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
  • Cross-referrals within the Inner Circle are permitted: if a member refers another customer who joins the Inner Circle on a yearly plan, the referring member still earns the credit.

Customer Advisory Board (CAB)

4.1. Purpose

The Customer Advisory Board is the strategic forum through which Inner Circle members directly influence TCP's product direction. The CAB provides structured opportunities for members to share operational feedback, request features, validate roadmap priorities, and stress-test new capabilities before general release.

4.2. Meeting Cadence

The CAB convenes four (4) times per year on a quarterly basis. Meetings are conducted virtually to accommodate members across time zones, with sessions typically lasting 60 to 90 minutes.

Extraordinary sessions: Additional meetings may be convened if requested by a majority (more than 50%) of active Inner Circle members. Triops Technologies will schedule any such extraordinary session within 15 business days of receiving the qualified request.

4.3. Meeting Format

Each quarterly CAB session follows a structured agenda:

Platform Update (15 min)

Overview of recent releases, performance metrics, and upcoming milestones.

Roadmap Preview (20 min)

Presentation of planned features with open discussion on priorities.

Member Feedback (30 min)

Structured feedback round where each member can raise issues, requests, or suggestions.

Feature Voting (15 min)

Members vote on feature priority for the next quarter.

Open Floor (10 min)

General discussion and networking among members.

4.4. Member Expectations

To maintain the value and integrity of the CAB, Inner Circle members are expected to:

  • Attend at least 2 of the 4 quarterly sessions per year (or send a qualified delegate).
  • Provide constructive, actionable feedback during and between sessions.
  • Respect confidentiality regarding unreleased features and roadmap details shared during CAB meetings.
  • Participate in periodic surveys or feature validation exercises when requested.

6. Membership Lifecycle

6.1. Joining

Membership begins upon execution of the Inner Circle agreement and onboarding to the TCP platform. The 6-month free period commences on the date of account activation.

6.2. Transition to Paid Subscription

At the end of the first month, members will be contacted to select their subscription path. Members who opt for an annual plan begin paying standard monthly rates for the last 6 months of their first year, resulting in an effective 50% discount on the annual price. Members can also engage themselves for a year while paying a monthly billing (either the full monthly price for months 7-12 or 50% of the price each month).

6.3. Continuation & Renewal

Inner Circle membership and CAB participation continue for as long as the member maintains an active TCP subscription. The Leading Member status and advisory board seat are retained indefinitely, even as pricing reverts to standard rates from Year 2 onward.

6.4. Exit & Seat Reallocation

If a member cancels their subscription, their Inner Circle seat is forfeited and may be reallocated at Triops Technologies' discretion. Former members who resubscribe do not automatically regain their Inner Circle seat or associated benefits.

7. Governance & Confidentiality

All information shared during CAB sessions regarding TCP's product roadmap, unreleased features, business strategy, and performance data is considered strictly confidential. Members agree to treat such information under the same terms as their existing NDA or the confidentiality provisions of their subscription agreement.

Triops Technologies reserves the right to modify the structure of the Inner Circle program with 30 days' written notice to members. Any changes to financial benefits will honor commitments already in effect at the time of notification.
